Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

FBD Holdings plc ('FBD' or the 'Company') has today issued the Annual Report for 2010 (incorporating a Letter from the Chairman and Notice of the Annual General Meeting) (hereinafter "the 2010 Annual Report") to Shareholders.  Copies of the 2010 Annual Report have been submitted to both the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority and it has also been published on the Company's website www.fbdgroup.com.

The 2010 Annual Report is also being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism today and will be available for inspection or downloading at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Irish Farm Centre, Old Naas Road, Bluebell, Dublin 12, Ireland on Friday 29 April 2011 at 12.00 noon.  The following documents, in addition to the 2010 Annual Report, have today been made available from the Company's website, www.fbdgroup.com:

·     Current Memorandum and Articles of Association

·     Proposed Memorandum and Articles of Association
