FBD Holdings plc ('FBD' or the 'Company') has today issued the Annual Report for 2013 (incorporating a Letter from the Chairman and Notice of the Annual General Meeting) (hereinafter "the 2013 Annual Report") to Shareholders and published it on its website www.fbdgroup.com. 

Copies of the 2013 Annual Report have been submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange and will shortly be available for inspection at:

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Irish Farm Centre, Old Naas Road, Bluebell, Dublin 12, Ireland on Tuesday 29 April 2014 at 12.00 noon.
