FBD Holdings plc ('FBD' or the 'Company') has today issued the Annual Report for 2014 (incorporating a Letter from the Chairman and Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting) (hereinafter "the 2014 Annual Report") to Shareholders and published it on its website www.fbdgroup.com. 

Copies of the 2014 Annual Report have been submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange and will shortly be available for inspection at:

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Irish Farm Centre, Old Naas Road, Bluebell, Dublin 12, Ireland on Thursday 14 May 2015 at 12.00 noon.
