Bank of Ireland Asset Management Limited has a notifiable interest of 3,635,613
ordinary shares in the capital of FBD representing 8.68 per cent of its issued
share capital. The shares are held on behalf of a range of clients who are each
the beneficial owner of a portion of the shareholding. A breakdown of that
