I wish to confirm that a Board Meeting of this Company has been fixed for
Tuesday 26 August 2003, at which the results of this Company for the half year
ended 30 June 2003 will be approved.  An Interim dividend is expected to be
determined and a payment date decided on.

It is intended  to release the results to the Stock Exchange and the Public on
Wednesday the 27 August 2003.
