Letter to shareholders

fastjet (AIM:FJET), the low-cost African airline, announces that, further to the Circular and Notice of General Meeting ("GM") issued on 3 June 2016,  the Company has written to shareholders in relation to the resolution to be proposed at the GM on 28 June 2016. The purpose of the letter is to set out the background to the GM and the Board's recommendation that shareholders should vote against the easyGroup resolution.
