Fusion Oil and Gas will announce their Preliminary results for the year ended
30th June 2002 on 17 September 2002.



There will be a presentation to analysts at 11.00am at the offices of College
Hill, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6HH.


A presentation by Managing Director, Dr Alan Stein, announcing these results and
the Company's programme for the next 12 months will be the subject of a live web
cast at 11.00am BST on 17 September 2002.

following the presentation.
