Fusion has been notified by West Oil N.L. ('WON') that, as a result of 
the distribution in specie to WON's shareholders of 626,679 ordinary 
shares in Fusion and the sale of 2 million ordinary shares in Fusion, 
disclosed in the prospectus dated 22 September, WON no longer has a 
notifiable interest in the share capital of Fusion.
