Pursuant to a request by Derek Williams, a non-executive director, Alan Levison,
aged 51, has today been appointed as an Alternate Director to Derek Williams
under the provisions of Fusion's Articles of Association.


There are no further disclosures required under paragraph (f) of Schedule Two of
the AIM Rules.
