Advance Focus Fund Limited announces that at the AGM held earlier
today resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 were passed.

Resolution 6, which sought approval of the Company continuing in its
present form, was rejected by shareholders.  Accordingly, the
directors will be sending a circular and notice of EGM to
shareholders in due course containing proposals for the return of
funds as soon as possible.  The Board has instructed the Company's
investment manager to realise the Company's holdings and the proceeds
will be held in cash or UK Treasury Bills.

The above resolutions were decided on a poll.  The proxy votes
received were as follows:-
