Redemption facility

The Board  of  Advance  Focus  Fund Limited  announces  that  as  the
Company's  redeemable  preference  shares  ("Shares")  traded  at  an
average month end discount of 5.0% to net asset value ("NAV")  during
the period from 1  April 2007 to 30  September 2007, the facility  to
redeem the Company's Shares on 29 February 2008 will not be invoked.
