business on 16 April 2008 its undiluted net asset value ("NAV") per
ordinary share was 125.64p. The diluted NAV per ordinary share
(assuming full conversion of all outstanding warrants) was 123.83p.
Investments in the Company's portfolio have been valued on a bid
price basis. Current financial year revenue items have been
excluded.
