Transaction in Own Shares

21 June 2016 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:-  

Further to the announcement by the Company on 10 November 2015 of an extended share repurchase programme, the Company announces that, on 21 June 2016, it purchased 422,469 of its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each at an average price of 1287.6962 pence per share (minimum price of 1,277.5 pence and maximum price of 1,290 pence). 

The shares purchased will be cancelled.
