Name Change of Subsidiary

Following the separation of Experian Group Limited ('Experian') and Home Retail
Group plc on 10 October 2006, Experian announces that the company name of its
subsidiary GUS plc has been changed to Experian Finance plc. The listed bonds 
issued by GUS plc remain in issue, under the new name.
