& Co. ('GS&Co.'), a direct subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group Inc ('GS Inc').
These shares are, or will be, registered in the name of Goldman Sachs Securities
(Nominees), Limited ('GSSN').

The interest in 35,862,665 shares arose from an interest held by GS&Co., acting
as custodian for its customers. These shares are, or will be, registered in the
name of GSSN.

The interest in 5,000,000 shares arose from a beneficial interest held by GS
Investment Strategies LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary of GS Inc. acting as
discretionary manager.

The interest in 29,750 shares arose from the interest held by Goldman Sachs Bank
