21 January 2015 ─ Experian, the global information services company, announces that Alan Jebson, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Experian plc (the "Company"), has notified the Company of his intention to retire as a Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the 2015 Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Deirdre Mahlan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company with immediate effect.

Don Robert, Chairman of Experian, said:  

"We would like to thank Alan for his valuable contributions as a Non-Executive Director, and particularly his outstanding leadership of the Audit Committee. Experian has benefited greatly from his considerable experience over the past eight years, and we wish him every success for the future."
