DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

On 18 June 2009, the Company received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ('ordinary shares') by directors.

Co-Investment Plans

In accordance with the terms of the Experian Co-Investment Plan and the Experian North America Co-Investment Plan, the Company made awards over its ordinary shares on 18 June 2009 to certain directors by reference (per share) to the prices set out below.

Note:    The award for Paul Brooks was calculated with reference to his bonus net of tax. The awards for Don Robert and Chris Callero were calculated with reference to their gross bonuses and will be taxed at the point of vesting. All matching share awards were calculated on a gross basis and will be taxed at the point of vesting. 

Share Option Plans 

In accordance with the terms of the Experian Share Option Plans, the Company granted options in respect of its ordinary shares on 18 June 2009 to certain directors. Details of the grants, which are subject to performance conditions, are as follows:

In accordance with the terms of the Experian Performance Share Plan, the Company also made awards over its ordinary shares on 18 June 2009 to certain directors by reference to a price of 464p per share. The awards are subject to performance conditions and the maximum numbers of shares that could vest in the case of each director in respect of the awards are as follows:
