                          DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING


The Company has received notification that, following the reinvestment of
dividends received by participants of the Group's North America Qualified
Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paul Brooks, a director of the Company, acquired
an additional 13 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in the Company. The shares
were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £4.16 per share on 7
February 2008. The notification was received by the Company on 8 February 2008
and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
