The Company has received notification that Alan Jebson, a director of the
Company, acquired an additional 20,000 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in
the Company. The shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at a price
of £5.73 per share on 31 July 2007. The notification was received by the Company
on 6 August 2007 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
