                         DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has received notification that, on 16 July 2007, Mr. Paul Brooks (a
director of the Company) exercised  options in respect of the undernoted shares
in the Company. The options were granted on the dates set out below under  the
Group's executive share option scheme and rolled over into Experian shares on
demerger (10 October 2006).

and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R. This notification is made in
accordance with DTR 3.1.4R.
