                               ADDITIONAL LISTING


Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each to be
admitted to the Official List.


It is expected that admission will be granted on 18 April 2008 and that trading
will commence on 21 April 2008.


These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued as a
result of the exercise of options or the award of shares pursuant to the
following schemes and plans:
