This translates into a final gross dividend of EUR 1.48 per share (ex-date: May 27, 2009 - payment date: June 2, 2009); - Cancellation of 250,000 shares owned by the company bringing back the outstanding amount at 13,625,000 shares; - Renewal of the authorization to buy back a maximum of 20% of the outstanding shares for a period of 5 years; - Issuance of 200,000 new warrants to be granted gradually to EVS employees in future months and years.
