Notification of transactions of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons

EVRAZ plc was notified on 28 January 2013 by Mr Alexander Abramov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that he sold 733,700 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly, at average price of 305.56 pence per share on 24 January 2013 and 449,463 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares at average price of 301.54 pence per share on 25 January 2013. As of 1 February 2013 Mr Alexander Abramov holds indirectly 328,451,096 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 22.30% of total issued capital of EVRAZ plc.

EVRAZ plc was notified on 28 January 2013 by Mr Alexander Frolov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that he sold 366,300 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly, at average price of 305.56 pence per share on 24 January 2013 and 224,394 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares at average price of 301.54 pence per share on 25 January 2013. As of 1 February 2013 Mr Alexander Frolov holds indirectly 164,010,944 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 11.14% of total issued capital of EVRAZ plc.

This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
