The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that RNS Number 1229M released 
on 15 November 2006 in connection with the purchase of 239,009 Ordinary 1p 
Shares ("Shares") in the Company at £1.12 per share should have quoted the 
purchase price as £1.20 per share. The Shares purchased by the Company were 
purchased for cancellation.
