Adrian Graham has today resigned as Finance Director of the Evolution Group
Plc with immediate effect. The company thanks him for all his efforts and
wishes him well in the future. The board will seek to find a replacement in
due course.


Graeme Dell, previously employed at Deutsche Bank, has today been appointed as
Chief Financial Officer of the Evolution Group Plc with immediate effect.
