The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that it received a revised
notification today from Goldman Sachs International that Goldman Sachs Group,
Inc. was interested, by attribution only, in 8,988,081 Ordinary Shares of 1p
each in the Company representing approximately 3.6% of the issued ordinary share
capital as at 18 March 2005.
