The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
on 17 August 2005 from UBS AG acting through its London branch and group legal
entities ("UBS Group") that UBS Group was interested in 8,945,909 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 4.03% of the issued
ordinary share capital as at 16 August 2005.
