The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
on 2 December 2005 from SVG Capital plc ("SVG Capital") and SVG Investment
Managers Limited ("SVG IM") that as at 30 November 2005, SVG Capital plc and
funds managed by SVG IM were interested in 9,344,329 Ordinary Shares of 1p each
in the Company representing approximately 4.15% of the issued ordinary share
capital.
