on 01 August 2005 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited
("CALYON") that CALYON was interested in 11,245,388 Ordinary Shares of 1p each
in the Company representing approximately 5.0% of the issued ordinary share
capital as at 29 July 2005.
