The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 14 March 2007 from Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited (USSL) that on
20 January 2007 (initial implementation of the Transparency Directive) USSL was
interested in 6,707,446 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares")
representing an indirect interest in approximately 3.03% of the issued Ordinary
Share Capital of the Company on 20 January 2007.
