The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
today from Royal Bank of Scotland Plc as Trustee of the Merrill Lynch UK 
Dynamic Fund ("RBS") that on 31 May 2007 RBS were interested in 13,317,181 
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct 
interest in approximately 6.01% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the 
Company. This notification is in respect of voting rights breaching the 6% 
threshold from 11,751,393 (over 5%).
