on 20 June 2005 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited ("CALYON")
that CALYON was interested in 9,729,952 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company representing approximately 4.38% of the issued ordinary share capital as
at 17 June 2005.
