today from SVG Capital plc ("SVG Capital") and SVG Investment Managers Limited
("SVG IM") that as at 23 June 2006, SVG Capital plc and funds managed by SVG IM
were interested in 12,051,834 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company
representing approximately 5.22 % of the issued ordinary share capital.
