TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification today from Lloyds Banking Group plc ("Lloyds") under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of a disposal of voting rights on 5 October 2011 such that Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Limited ("Scottish Widows") had at that date an interest in 8,351,796 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares").  This notification is in respect of a decrease in an indirect interest in voting rights below 4% from the previously announced holding of 13,900,150 shares, announced on 22 September 2011.

Chain of Controlled Undertakings

8,285,747 shares (3.561%) are under the control of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Group Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scottish Widows Group Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds TSB Bank plc ("Lloyds TSB"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group plc.
