TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 5 December 2011 that on 2 December 2011, Blackrock UK Dynamic Fund (the "Dynamic Fund") were interested in 7,959,520 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 3.42% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.  This notification is in respect of a decrease in voting rights below the 5% threshold from 13,343,690 Shares announced on 8 November 2011.

We are informed that the total holding of Blackrock Inc, (including the Dynamic Fund), as at 5 December 2011 was 13,660,174 Shares and a CFD position of 1,870,572 Shares representing a total exposure of 6.67%.
