The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 29 April 2009 from the Central Bank of Norway (“Norges Bank”) that in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules on 28 April 2009 Norge Bank had increased their direct holding of voting rights in the Company from 6,046,526 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company (“Shares”) to 7,046,526 Shares representing 3.14% of the issued Shares of the Company
