TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 12 February 2008 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited under
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of an acquisition of voting rights
on 8 February 2008 such that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited
CAAM  ("Credit Agricole") at that date had a direct interest in 10,416,699
(4.66%) ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares").

This follows the announcement on 11 February 2008 of a holding by Cedit Agricole
of  7,609,699 (3.40%).

The Chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are
effectively held is as follows:
