The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 7 February 2008 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited under
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of an acquisition of voting rights
on 4 February 2008 such that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International
Limited CAAM  ("Credit Agricole") at that date had a direct interest in
8,857,947 (3.96%) ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). Prior
to the purchase Credit Agricole held 788,600 Shares.


The Chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are
effectively held is as follows:
