The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification

on 25 February 2009 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of a disposal of voting rights on 19 February 2009 such that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited ("Credit Agricole") at 19 February 2009 no longer had a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares").  

This follows the previous announcement on 24 October 2008 of a holding by Credit Agricole of 9,732,086 (4.33%) Shares and a holding of 9,631,913 Shares prior to the disposal on 19 February.
