TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification

on 25 September 2008 from Lansdowne Partners Limited being the General Partner of Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership (LPLP) and Lansdowne Partners International Limited ("Lansdowne") that in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules on 23 September 2008 Lansdowne disposed of voting rights such that it no longer had a notifiable interest in ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Shares"). 

Previously the Company had announced on 20 March 2008 that Lansdowne had an interest in 11,525,750 Shares.  

Morstan Nominees Limited and Vidacos Nominees Limited were the registered Shareholders. The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are effectively held is Lansdowne Partners International Limited being the parent undertaking of Lansdowne Partners Limited.
