on 21 June 2006 from UBS AG acting through its London branch and group legal
entities ("UBS Group") that as at 19 June 2006, UBS Group was interested in
7,283,014 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately
3.16% of the issued ordinary share capital.
