on 17 May 2006 from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Group Limited that Royal
Bank of Scotland as Trustee of Merrill Lynch U.K. Dynamic Fund was interested in
9,501,261 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately
4.12% of the issued ordinary share capital as at 17 May 2006.
