on 2 October 2006 from Barclays Plc acting through its capacity as registered
Nominee and Custodian that as at 28 September 2006, Barclays Plc was interested
in 9,267,394 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing
approximately 4.02% of the issued ordinary share capital, and that it received
notification on 4 October that as at 29 September 2006 Barclays Plc no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company.
