on 11 September 2006 from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Group Limited that
Royal Bank of Scotland as Trustee of Merrill Lynch U.K. Dynamic Fund was
interested in 11,601,393 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing
approximately 5.03% of the issued ordinary share capital as at 7 September 2006.
