on 13 April 2006 from SVG Capital plc ("SVG Capital") and SVG Investment
Managers Limited ("SVG IM") that as at 12 April 2006, SVG Capital and funds
managed by SVG IM were interested in 11,551,834 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in
the Company representing approximately 5.014% of the issued ordinary share
capital.
