today from Henderson Global Investors Limited ("Henderson") that on 19 March
2007 Henderson was interested in 17,350,601 ordinary shares of 1p each in the 
Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 7.836% of the issued 
Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of 
voting rights above the 5% threshold.

All voting rights the subject of this notification are those of Henderson.
