interest in 14,288,410 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing
approximately 5.75% of the issued ordinary share capital.  Commerzbank AG London
Branch is a branch of Commerzbank AG.

The Company also announces that it received notification today from Cantor
Fitzgerald Europe that Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has a notifible interest in
8,317,270 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately
3.34% of the issued ordinary share capital.
