The Evolution Group plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
today from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe that Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has a revised
notifible interest in 13,038,973 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company
representing approximately 5.25% of the issued ordinary share capital.

The Company also announces that it received notification today from Commerzbank
that Commerzbank AG London Branch has a revised notifible interest in 10,469,910
Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 4.22% of
the issued ordinary share capital.  Commerzbank AG London Branch is a branch of
Commerzbank AG.
