This announcement replaces the Holding in Company announcement released on RNS
no 3685B on Friday 30 March 2001 at 10.33.  It was previously stated that
Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of CGNU plc) no longer has a
notifiable interest in the issued capital of the Company. The full amended
announcement appears below.

The number of shares held by Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of
CGNU plc) in the Company has not changed following the EGM held on Monday 26
March 2001.
