The Company has today been notified by Morely Fund Management Limited (a
subsidiary of CGNU plc) that they are now interested in 25,108,571 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the capital of the company (compared with 22,983,571 as
previously disclosed in the Company's announcement dated 24 November 2000),
representing 3.24% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.


The registered holders of these shares are BNY Norwich Union Nominees Limited.
